Pro Deo Construction was founded upon the principles of doing good and having a purpose. That purpose is to provide home owners with a range of quality construction services under one roof at a fair and affordable price. These services are meant to increase the value of a home and bring joy and happiness to those who dwell within.

Meet the Owner / Qualified Builder
Mike Pauly, the owner of Pro Deo Construction, was introduced to carpentry by his father at a young age and enjoyed the opportunity to work with him while attending high school and college. His passion for building things encouraged him to pursue a degree in prototype engineering. After college Mike worked as a prototype engineer, while continuing to do construction work part time. His passion for building things grew and the drive to help provide a service for others also grew.
Mike went back to college to complete a degree in Business Management, which paved the way to becoming a prototype shop manager. As a shop manager, he was able to lead a small team of technical workers while making prototypes for designers and engineers. The job was rewarding; but it didn't help others the way he wanted. Providing a skilled service for the end user became a priority for Mike, so he decided to get out of the engineering field and transition back into doing residential construction full time.
After completing the Minnesota residential contractors exam, Mike started Pro Deo Construction LLC and is now providing the services that he is truly passionate about.
